Damilola Gbore

Damilola has a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M) degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is interested in insect-microbe interactions and how they can be targeted for the development of effective strategies against vector-borne diseases.

Damilola began as a visiting scholar at the Oladipupo lab in January 2025. He is focused on using molecular biology and bioinformatics techniques to study insect microbiome to develop innovative and sustainable approaches against urban insect pests.
