During his undergraduate degree, he researched the survival of environmental bacteria in paraben solutions and was a TA for the Honey Bee Biology and Beekeeping course. After graduating, Brandon spent three years working in source and ambient air pollution monitoring. Now he is studying the toxicity of adjuvants and other inert ingredients to honey bees for his Master's degrees under Dr. Reed Johnson, in pursuit of a career in academia.
